| | Here is a list of A-1 Charter Services' policies that separates us from
the others.
- Customer Pictures
- We can take pictures of our customers and post them on our website as a
complimentary service. (optional)

- Reservations/Deposit
- A credit card is required to reserve or
book
one of our vehicles. A 25% non-refundable deposit
is charged on a valid credit card.
- These cards are
accepted.

- Cancellation Policy

Cancellation the day of the job will incur an additional
charge. (Deposit + 25%)
- Gratuity
-
A-1 does not automatically charge a gratuity. A 15% gratuity
for the driver is at the discretion of the customer. Should the
customer decide the driver warrants a tip, payment can be made at the
completion of the job or included in the final payment.
